This heart was given to me by Judy who is a twinkle in anybody's night sky. The heart was to remind me of all the good that is out there. I guess I got so caught up in the turmoil and the misery that is also out there somehow mine lost its glow.

I had the great fortune of walking through a door that led me to Tracy. Tracy you are an inspiration. Your words and support whilst guiding me inwards will never be forgotten. Your heart is truly filled with love and your light extends endlessly. This heart comes to you now for 'what goes out must come back'. I am blessed to have such a wonderful teacher and friend enter my life. :)
