I received my beautiful HIH heart from Anne and Kathy at our Barbara Brennan School of Healing class closing after a heartful week and "Year of the Heart". It touched me and my classmates very deeply and supports our connection through the summer months when we are out of class.

Anne and Kathy taught us so much about love this year. They held us through our pain, our fear, our grief and self-loathing. They danced with us in celebration of our finding our true selves and sharing love. It was a priceless gift. And the HIH hearts they gave us are the perfect token and reminder.

So my dilemma is that I don't want to part with this token of the beautiful year of transformation; my HIH heart! I know I am supposed to give it away but I can't bear the thought. I also love the idea of passing it on to another. So I may just have to purchase some to pass on! Thank you so much for this wonderful way of sharing our hearts. Linda Martin, St. Louis
