My name is Jenny Hood, and I am new to Teri’s meditation group. I am totally enjoying the meditations, and love sharing with all my new friends. It’s funny how sometimes you meet people that although you just met, you feel like old buddies just catching up with the new times. I love it!

I am reminded once again!
We all know how amazing it feels to give, and to love, and to help others. Maybe it’s just me, but I often find myself forgetting to allow myself to be on the other side of this spectrum. Remembering that allowing one to receive can be an amazing gift within itself.

When Karen passed me the heart, I had to accept… I had to receive… and timing couldn’t have been better. Knowing that the support was there and that if I needed a tissue, by all means it would be sitting by my chair before I opened my eyes. (no joke) :)

Every time over this last week that I have looked at the heart, I am reminded that acceptance, and allowing yourself to receive is amazingly important. It is okay to receive and extremely important to understand that I must allow others to share their love and kindness with myself. The heart has re-instilled this important knowledge with in me. Thank you Karen for such impeccable timing.

I look forward to getting to know my new friends so we can all continue to support each other in our transformational journeys.
