This heart message goes out to the Veterinary Surgeon who did Mocha's heart surgery. Last week I took Mocha there to see if he could do this surgery and my daughter and I just got back from Portland from seeing a cardiologist who was nice enough to see Mocha quickly. He diagnosed Mocha and then we came back to Seattle. I was so thankful to be back that I decided I would try to get someone here to do it. I was able to find Dr. Misseghers at Puget Sound Animal Hospital. The people who work with him and I guess for him are very special people. You would have to be to be with animals. I have not had Mocha long but he is such a great puppy. My daughter and I are very lucky to have found Mocha. He is a member of our family. And I know that you care about the animals, Dr., and I am so lucky to have found you because I really think the trip back from Portland would of been hard on all of us, but mostly we were worried about our baby Mocha. So my daughter Alexis and I would like to give you this heart because you gave our baby a new chance in Life. We can't wait to be able to hold him and spoil him with all our love. I know some people think I am crazy for not bringing him back but if they met Mocha they would without a doubt feel the same way about him. I would hope. He is very special to us. Thank you for showing Mocha how much you care about animals and teaching my daughter and even myself that there are people who will help and care for such a helpless creature. We hope you look at this heart and feel Mocha and the appreciation from us for all you did for him. Thanks again.
