Hi, I'm Karen and I too have developed an amazing group of friends through Teri's meditation group. I've watched the heart move through our group and wondered when it would be my turn.
On Wednesday, as we were going through a guided meditation, I suddenly saw so clearly that the thing I was considering a huge burden, an obligation I did not want, was truly the most amazing blessing. I just needed to step outside the box of my anxiety and remember the truth. As I was crying at this enormous revelation, Kim handed me the heart (she hasn't written her story yet). This week the heart has reminded me to look past my fears and remember I am loved. We have an exceptionally happy heart I think, it seems to glow. In fact, yesterday I placed the crystal I use to determine some energies to sleep with the heart and this morning the crystal was glowing. So yes, our "Heart is Hot!"
