Hi, I'm Gilena and I was passed heart #622 from Mary last Wednesday. Just like Mary, I knew it would be passed to me and I have enjoyed looking after it. It has sat with me on my desk all week and has been there when I needed a little break from all my "work." I am in a very special and blessed place where my work really is made up of a series of choices I make each day. This heart helped me to remember it is all by choice that I create things to do and that the completion of that work is my reward. My little girl, Elodie, was very curious about the heart and asked to hold it. We both think there is an innate "hotness" to the heart. I will take it back to my dear meditation group tomorrow without quite knowing who I will pass it to next.
