It takes a village. . . or at least a community to support each of us as individuals within the Oneness. I have moved a lot; first as a child and then as an adult, and I have been blessed in each move by community. Here in Southern California, my community has truly supported me with love as I've settled in. One of my true loves is the meditation group I formed four years ago. The class has evolved, participants come and go, but the constant that remains is the love, support and safety that each individual brings to this community. On this day we start our "sharing the heart" effort within this group. As we pass this beloved heart is hot token around the meditation groups that form my community I look forward to reading about each expression of love,emotion, gratitude and flow that brings every recipient into recognition of their connectedness to this community!
