The HIH team highly values each and every individual heart produced. In fact, Sahara refers to them as "her children" on a mission to spread love and joy!

We at HIH do believe in the power of intention and feel that sending positive energy into the world through each heart can only be helpful for our entire planet. Because of this, each heart is incubated, prior to shipment, in a healing room with sacred universal chanting music. After a period of time, Sahara and members of her HIH team sit silently with the hearts, intending unconditional love, balance and harmony to the new recipients, as well as to themselves.

There is great beauty in appreciating both oneself and others, and the HIH team is thankful for this as it reminds us to carry this energy through each day and to live with greater respect and presence.

Combining these intentions with the energy of the Flower of Life symbol supports universal connectedness and the vision for a unified existence among all beings. We are grateful to be a part of this movement with you.
