HEART IS HOT began when Sahara Damore encountered a man crying on the street in San Francisco. Though she never made direct contact with him, the feeling of wanting to connect embedded itself in her, provoking her to create a product that offers someone the feeling of being acknowledged and loved.
And given Sahara's belief in paying love forward, she recognizes the value in continuing to spread that goodwill through the "re-gifting" process of the hearts.
